Currently, we are dancing twice a month. No partner or experience is necessary. All ages are welcome!
We dance on the fourth Sunday of the month from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm (December possibly being an exception due to the Christmas holiday) at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom. The first half hour of dancing is focused on lessons for new dancers, though experienced dancers are especially needed to welcome and help the newcomers. Admission is $10 per adult, $5 for those below the age of 21, and free admission for children under the age of 12. In addition to cash, electronic payments are taken at the Casino.
We also dance at the Polish American Society on the second Saturday of the month from 7:00pm – 10:30pm. Here again, the first half hour of dancing is focused on lessons for new dancers, though experienced dancers are especially needed to welcome and help the newcomers. Admission is $10 per adult, $5 below the age of 21, and free admission under the age of 12.
At the Polish American Society, in addition to cash, electronic payment options are now available at the door. We can accept payments with Zelle, if you do have that available on your smart phone. Also, we now accept payments through PayPal, either directly through your PayPal account (if you have one) or by using major credit/debit cards. However, a nominal service charge will be added for PayPal processing costs (currently about $1).
If you are experiencing the signs of having Covid, the flu, or any other illness, please don’t attend these dances.
Please refrain from wearing products with fragrances. Some of our dancers are sensitive to these products.
